Exchanges

We’re happy to assist with exchanges whenever possible. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • The fastest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order right away.

  • If a direct size exchange is available for your item, we’ll provide instructions during your return request.

Return Eligibility & Window

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

  • EU/UK customers: This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. If applicable law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal/cancellation, we will honor it alongside our 30-day policy.

Eligible items must be:

  • New, unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or stains

  • With all original tags and packaging attached

  • Not marked as Final Sale

Not eligible:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Certain hygienic items (e.g., bodysuits)

How to Start a Return

  • Begin your return through our Return portal.

  • Follow the steps to receive your instructions and, if applicable, your prepaid return label.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Within Canada: For returns requested within 30 days of delivery, we provide a prepaid return label at no charge.

  • International orders: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our designated warehouse(s). Please contact Customer Service before shipping your return.

  • If you choose to use your own carrier instead of our provided label, you are fully responsible for the shipment, cost, and ensuring the package is trackable.

Packaging & Tracking

  • Your return package must be clearly marked as a return and shipped using a trackable method.

  • Keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed.

Refunds & Processing Times

  • Returns are typically processed within 2 business days of arriving at our warehouse.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and confirmed via email. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Promotions

Free Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping is sometimes offered on orders over a certain threshold (e.g., $100 CAD before taxes, shipping, and fees).

  • If items are returned and the total order value falls below this threshold, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Buy 2 Get 1 Free

  • If you return any items from a Buy 2 Get 1 Free order, you must also return the free item.

  • If the free item isn’t returned, your refund will be adjusted to reflect that the promotion no longer applies.

  • Size exchanges for the same item may be allowed when in stock.

Gift With Purchase (GWP)

  • When a GWP promotion is active, one gift is offered per qualifying order that meets the stated threshold (before taxes, shipping, and fees).

  • Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged on their own.

  • If your return reduces the order below the threshold, you must return the gift or we may deduct the gift’s retail value (e.g., $58 CAD) from your refund.

  • For past GWP events, terms apply only to orders placed during the stated promotion period.

Final Sale

  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • For hygiene reasons, bodysuits are always considered Final Sale.
