Exchanges
We are happy to help with exchanges whenever possible. Availability depends on stock.
The fastest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
If a direct size exchange is available for your item, you will see the option during your return request.
Return Eligibility and Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the fulfilment date for a refund to the original payment method.
EU and UK customers
This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights. If applicable law grants a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation, we will honor it along with the 30 day return window.
Eligible items must be:
- New, unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or stains
- With all original tags and packaging attached
- Not marked as Final Sale
Not eligible:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Certain hygienic items such as bodysuits

Follow the steps provided to receive your instructions and any prepaid return label offered for your region.
Return Shipping Costs
Within Canada
For returns requested within 30 days of fulfilment, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
International orders outside Canada
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our designated warehouse. Please contact Customer Service before sending your return.
If you choose to use your own carrier, you are responsible for the shipment, the cost, and ensuring the package is trackable.
Packaging and Tracking
Your return package must be clearly marked as a return and shipped using a trackable method.
Keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
Refunds and Processing Times
Returns are usually processed within two business days after they arrive at our warehouse.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and confirmed by email. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Promotions
Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping may be offered on orders over a specific threshold such as 100 CAD before taxes and fees. If your return brings the order total below the threshold, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Buy 2 Get 1 Free
If you return items from a Buy 2 Get 1 Free order, the free item must also be returned. If it is not returned, the refund will be adjusted because the promotion no longer applies.
Size exchanges for the same item may be allowed when in stock.
Gift With Purchase
When a Gift With Purchase promotion is active, one gift is offered per qualifying order that meets the stated threshold before taxes, shipping, and fees.
Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged on their own.
If your return reduces the order below the threshold, you must return the gift or we may deduct its retail value from your refund.
For past Gift With Purchase events, terms apply only to orders placed during the stated promotion period.
Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
For hygiene reasons, bodysuits are always considered Final Sale.
