How do I care for my activewear?

Wash cold, gentle cycle, inside out. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners (they break down performance fibers). Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Remove removable pads before washing.

What is your return policy?

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags/packaging.

Final Sale items (including bodysuits for hygienic reasons) can’t be returned or exchanged.

• Within Canada: we provide a prepaid return label at no charge when the return is requested within 30 days.

• International: customers pay return shipping back to our warehouse(s).

• Original outbound shipping from your order is non-refundable.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. The quickest path is usually to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If a size exchange is available for your item, our team will provide instructions during your return request.

Do you offer free shipping?

Canada: Free Standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD. Standard is $12.95 CAD below that threshold.

International (selected countries): Standard is $40 CAD, or $25 CAD on orders over $250 CAD (merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes/shipping).

Where do you ship?

We ship within Canada and to: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand.

We do not ship to the United States from kyodan.ca.

We’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid)—customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country.

How long will my order take to ship and arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You’ll receive tracking when your order ships.

Typical transit times: Canada: 2–10 business days after shipment. International: varies by destination and customs. Weather, customs inspections, and carrier volume may add time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin preparing orders quickly. Contact us immediately after placing your order—changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed once processing has begun or the order has shipped.

Are shipping fees refundable?

No. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do promotions affect returns (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free, GWP)?

If you return items and your order no longer qualifies for a promotion:

• You must return any free gift (GWP) or we may deduct the gift’s retail value (e.g., $58 CAD where applicable).

• We may also reverse free-shipping eligibility and deduct the applicable shipping cost from your refund.

  For Buy 2 Get 1 Free, the free item must be returned with any refund request; size exchanges for the same item may be allowed when in stock.

What forms of payment do you accept?

AMEX, MasterCard, VISA, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Discover, Diners Club.

Do you have a size chart?

Yes—open any product page and click “Size chart.”

How do I choose the right size?

Use the Size chart on the product page. If you still need help, contact Customer Service. (In Canada, returns are easy—we provide a prepaid label within 30 days.)

Do you offer a loyalty program?

Yes—Kyodan Rewards. Create an account, earn points on purchases, and redeem them for discounts.

What should I know about international orders?

We ship to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand. Orders ship DDU, so import duties, VAT/GST, and local fees are charged by your country on delivery. Customs may add time. Use a physical address (no P.O. Boxes). For returns, international customers pay return shipping; duties/taxes aren’t refundable by Kyodan.

Where are the CA/RN numbers?

Looking for CA17791 (Canada) or RN86421 (U.S.)? These identification numbers appear on our garment labels. They can’t be used to trace a specific style, but if you can’t find the product on our site, email support@kyodan.ca and we’ll help.
