Go for a walk

Take deep breaths
Feeling overwhelmed? By taking a few deep breaths and really focusing on your breathing does wonders for your blood pressure, mental state and anxiety levels. Even if it just for a few seconds, breathing in and out slowly will center you for stressors that come your way.

Get some sun
Cooped up in the office all day? Always try to get at least 10 minutes of sunshine everyday. Either step outside for a few minutes for a dose of Vitamin D, or simply open your blinds and take a peek outside. Any amount of sunlight will boost your serotonin and energy levels.
